Spaghetti in Creamy Pepper Cheese Sauce



Ingredients: 

  • spaghetti, 
  • salt, 
  • 1 onion, 
  • 1 garlic clove, 
  • thyme, 
  • 1 green pepper, 
  • 1 red pepper, 
  • 250 ml cream, 
  • pepper, 
  • 100 grams grated cheese,

Number of persons: 2
Cook the spaghetti al dente in boiling salted water. Fry in oil 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove, thyme, 1 diced green pepper and 1 diced red pepper until the onion is soft. Add 250 ml cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir 100 grams grated cheese and let the cheese melt. Serve with spaghetti.Enjoy!
